1. Develop general programs and annual plans on LSS propagation of the city; and coordinate media to publish LSS policies and job opportunities;
2. Establish a propagation net consisting of reporters from media, subordinate LSS bureaus, other municipal bureaus, and parent companies, to direct the LSS propagation whenever possible;
3. Compile, print, and publish Labor policies & regulations as well as booklets and documents regarding to LSS propagation;
4. Work with other organizations to provide corporate and institutional LSS management professionals with job trainings and ad-hoc trainings on policies and regulations;
5. Print and manage LSS certificates, credentials, and labels of the city; and
6. Publish Beijing Labor Employment News.
