1. Implement laws, regulations, and specifications of labor and social insurance by developing specific plans to supervise labor and social insurance based on the availability of the city;
2. Propagate laws, regulations, and specifications of labor and social insurance to guide employers and labors observing them consciously;
3. Supervise all employers and other employing entities on their observance to administrative laws, regulations, and specifications of labor and social insurance;
4. Investigate and give punishment to breach of laws, regulations, and specifications of labor and social insurance reported by individuals and/or organizations;
5. Assist labor and social insurance supervision organizations of districts and counties in investigating and giving punishment to important and/or hard reported cases;
6. Direct and coordinate operations of labor and social insurance supervision organizations of districts and counties.
