1. Develop and implement management procedures for social insurance fund of Beijing city (BSIF) according to applicable national and municipal development & management programs, policies, and regulations of social insurance;
2. Collect, transfer, manage, and operate BSIF;
3. Budget and audit BSIF;
4. Forecast BSIF in long and mid terms and thereby propose suggestions on policies;
5. Develop a program to build offices for social insurance handling organizations of the city;
6. Assist other organizations in building, operating, managing, and maintaining the social insurance info system according to BMLSSB general program on info system construction;
7. Work with other organizations to study and develop programs and reformation plans for social management services and supervise the implementation of such programs and plans; and
8. Instruct social insurance handling organizations of districts, counties, bureaus, and parent companies on their operation.
