1. The College is committed to deliver more quality education via its active efforts, by observing CCP educational guidelines all through its activities, as well as decrees, ordinances, and specifications by Ministry of Education, P.R.C. and Beijing municipal education administrations;
2. We help to deliver educated LSS management cadres by assisting BMLSSB Personnel and Education Division in designing long- and mid-term programs for such education;
3. We provide all the LSS cadres of the city, either on job or just at backup, with diploma education higher than the junior level. Many of our graduates form the leading strength in various industries;
4. The College assumes the responsibility for offering on-job and continual trainings to all the LSS cadres of the city;
5. The College manages a training center where facilitators are trained for production practice (Beijing Municipal Guiding Teachers Training Center of Vocational Training and Practice);
6. We also manage a center to train customer servicemen for Citroen.
