Implement policies and regulations regarding rural pension insurance (RPI); design and mobilize the implementation of municipal RPI development programs; establish RPI instrutions and management system; participate in designing RPI fund institutions on finance, accounting, statistics, and internal audit; and direct and supervise the collection, payment, and VA operation of the RPI fund.
