Implement national laws, regulations, and policies regarding medical and maternity insurances; design and mobilize the implementation of municipal development programs and policies of medical and maternity insurances; design policies for complementary medical insurance; design policies for medical and maternity insurances on their rates adjustment policies and social pooling; determine repayment items of medical insurance, payment allowances, and expense settlement procedure; design policies to manage individual accounts of medical insurance; mobilize the design of scope and repayment allowances of drugs, diagnosis, treatment, and medical facilities for basic medical insurance and maternity medicare; mobilize the design of standard and procedure to authorize designated medical organizations and drug stores as well as procedures to supervise and manage them; design medical security policies and management procedures for special populations; design the remuneration policies and allowances for corporate employees in medical treatment or parturition; and design policies of medical benefits and repayment for linear relatives of employees that they support.
