Compile LSS development programs; design general rules to adjust labor relations; manage in general the conclusion of labor contracts and collective agreements; direct companies to design award and punishment regulations for employees; design institutions to specify work hours, day off, and leave of corporate employees; design and revise standards for work hours, day off, and leave; design special policies to protect female and minor employees in work; coordinate in general the labor and wage policy for foreign-invested companies; design and mobilize the implementation of policies and actions to readjust and control the total wage of state-owned enterprises; design policies to specify guide lines of wages for companies; direct companies to manage and allocate their labor payment; design and conduct LSS statistical programs and institutions; conduct the general LSS statistical analysis and forecasting; and generally edit and manage LSS statistical information.
